Villas & Property Managers

Villa outdoor furniture in Cyprus for owners and holiday lets

A villa terrace, and even more a holiday let, needs furniture that guests cannot easily wear out and that a manager can reset between stays in minutes. We supply villa outdoor furniture in Cyprus to owners, property managers and rental companies, from one pool terrace to several houses fitted the same way, quoted through request a quote.

What rental wear looks like

Guests drag chairs onto the lawn, leave cushions out in a shower and slide tables across wet tiles. Choose frames that shrug this off: powder-coated aluminium does not rust, resin wipes clean, and synthetic stone or aluminium table tops handle hot dishes and wet glasses better than soft wood. Removable, washable cushion covers save time at changeover, and a dry storage box for cushions keeps them clean between bookings.

Set packages that furnish a villa in one order

Most villas need the same building blocks: a dining set, a lounge set, sunbeds by the pool and shade. Ordering them as sets keeps colours matched across the house and makes a repeat order for the next property simple.

• Dining: the Hamilton set seats six around a 180 × 122 cm table with a built-in gas fire pit; seat and back cushions are waterproof UV-resistant polyester with removable, washable covers.
• Lounge: the Penny set pairs two armchairs and a 220 cm three-seat sofa on aluminium frames with a 9 mm synthetic stone table top; the Amsterdam set adds natural teak arms, outdoor rope and olefin cushions.
• Large terraces: the Olefina corner set covers 290 × 290 cm with an aluminium frame and olefin cushions.
• Extra seats: the resin Ibiza armchair is moisture and UV resistant and lighter to move than metal.

For the pool, see pool sunbeds and the poolside collection; for shade, umbrellas.

Low maintenance in the Cyprus climate

Summer sun, dry heat, salt air on the coast and winter rain each leave a mark. Rinse aluminium after windy days near the sea. Teak arms turn silver-grey unless oiled, which many owners prefer on a rental. Solid wood dining tables such as the suar models carry a supplier note to keep them away from direct sun, so they belong under a pergola rather than beside the pool. Much of our range is supplier-rated for domestic use, which is what a villa is, but a let with weekly changeovers still benefits from cushions brought in when the house is empty.
