We take care to describe products accurately; colours and finishes may vary slightly from images. Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you confirm.

Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order; some items are made or supplied to order.

This site operates a request-and-confirm model: when you submit a checkout or quote request you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order (by email or phone). We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error or unavailability) and will refund any sum already paid.

We deliver and, where offered, assemble across Cyprus. Timescales and any charges are confirmed with your order. See our Delivery & Assembly page for details.

As a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the deadline — email [email protected] or write to [Registered address], Cyprus. You may use the model withdrawal form: "To Kipos: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods [ ], ordered on [ ], received on [ ]. Name, address, date."

After withdrawing, return the goods without undue delay (within 14 days). We refund all payments (including standard delivery) within 14 days of being notified; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back. You are responsible for return costs and for any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

The right to withdraw does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to other cases provided by law. If we fail to inform you of this right, the withdrawal period is extended by up to 12 months.

Under Cyprus and EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity: goods must match their description, be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality for at least 2 years from delivery. During the first 6 months, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we show otherwise.

If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled first to a free repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or a refund where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate or not completed within a reasonable time. Please tell us within 2 months of noticing the problem. This statutory guarantee is in addition to — and not limited by — any manufacturer's warranty. See our Warranty & Care page.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected] and we will try to resolve it. As a consumer in Cyprus you may also contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, the Cyprus Consumers Association, or a competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cyprus courts have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
