What seat height do I need for my bar?

Measure the counter. For a bar of 105-110 cm choose a 75-76 cm seat (Net, Trill, Faro, Lido, Doga stools); for a kitchen counter of about 90 cm choose a Mini with a 65 cm seat. Leave 25-30 cm between seat and top.

Can resin bar stools stay outside by the pool?

Yes. Nardi stools are UV-treated fiberglass resin with non-slip feet and can be rinsed with a hose. The cushion of the aluminium rattan stool and teak models need more care: bring cushions in and oil teak.

Start with the seat height

Bar counters and high tables of about 105-110 cm need a seat near 75-76 cm. The Nardi Net Stool, Trill Stool and Faro Stool sit at 76 cm, the Doga Stool at 75 cm. They match the 107 cm Piave 70 High table.
Kitchen counters of about 90 cm suit the Mini versions with a 65 cm seat, such as the Net Stool Mini or Lido Stool Mini.

Materials for sun and salt air

Fiberglass resin: Nardi stools weigh 4-5 kg, are UV-treated, have non-slip feet and come with a 3-year Nardi guarantee. They can be hosed down after a day by the pool.
Recycled plastic: the Stack Maxi is 76.5 cm tall, made as a spiral of thick bands that sit one on another.
Aluminium and synthetic rattan: the aluminium rattan stool is 108 cm tall with a woven back, curved armrests and a fabric cushion for longer evenings at a home bar. Bring the cushion in when it rains.
