Hotel Outdoor Furniture Cyprus

Hospitality furniture has to look right and cope with constant turnover, cleaning and stacking. Kipos supplies hotel outdoor furniture in Cyprus for hotels, resorts, aparthotels, restaurants and beach clubs: sunbeds, dining chairs and tables, bar stools, lounge sets and professional parasols. This page sets out what a contract order needs and which ranges meet it, so your team can shortlist before you request a quote.

What a hotel needs that a home does not

• Stacking: a pool deck or terrace has to be cleared for cleaning, events and winter. Stackable pieces save storage space and staff time.
• Cleaning: surfaces that take a hose and mild detergent every day, with no cushions to dry where possible.
• Weight: light enough for one person to move, but stable in wind.
• Volume and repeat orders: the same model available for the whole area, and again next season to replace damaged pieces.
• Use rating: some items are designed for domestic use. Each product page states this, and we point it out when quoting.

Pool deck and beach

Stackable resin sunbeds are the backbone of most pool areas. The Nardi Tropico and Nardi Eden are mass-coloured UV-resistant polypropylene, stack, and weigh 14-14.5 kg; the Tropico also has wheels. The Nardi Plano in fiberglass resin lies fully flat. Add a stackable Olimpia side table (48 x 48 x 38 cm, powder-coated aluminium) between beds. See hotel and beach club sunbeds and our hotel pool sunbed area guide.

Restaurant terrace and bar

For breakfast and dinner service, stackable resin chairs are quick to wipe and set up. The Nardi Net chair weighs 3.9 kg and the Nardi Bora 3.7 kg, both stackable and UV-resistant. At the pool bar, the Nardi Faro stool (97 cm high, fiberglass resin) also stacks. Browse stackable outdoor chairs and cafe and restaurant furniture, and see the restaurant patio setup.

Lounge areas and shade

Lobby terraces and rooftop bars need deeper seating. Resin modular pieces like the Nardi Komodo 5 sofa (294 cm) are listed for hotel use and wipe clean; cushioned aluminium sets suit covered areas where cushions can be stored at night. For shade over tables and sunbeds, the heavy-duty professional umbrella uses 400 g Dickson fabric on an 8.9 cm aluminium pole and pairs with the Alina ballast base. See professional umbrellas.

Honest about domestic items

Several aluminium sunloungers, dining armchairs and umbrellas in our catalogue are marked for domestic use. They can suit a private villa or a small holiday let, but for daily hotel use we recommend the contract ranges above. Ask, and we will tell you which models fit your setting.

How a hotel order works

Send the areas, quantities and timeline through the request a quote form. We confirm availability, lead times and trade pricing, and can plan delivery in stages to match a fit-out. Assembly is available on request. More on our work with hotels and beach clubs, and on delivery and assembly across Cyprus.
