This professional heavy duty umbrella is built for businesses and windy gardens, with a thick aluminium pole, steel ribs and 400 g Dickson fabric. The pole profile is 8.9 × 8.9 cm with 3.4 mm walls, and the ribs measure 3 × 1.5 cm. Dickson's 400 g canvas is treated to resist UV, water, stains, tearing and mould. A tilt function lets you follow the sun without moving the base. Standard sizes are 300 × 400 cm and 350 × 350 cm, in light grey, dark grey or black, and size, colour and fabric quality can be customised on request. The umbrella is sold without a base. The supplier specifies ballast of 200-300 kg including the base itself; too little weight seriously compromises stability. That makes it a fit for restaurant terraces, beach bars and hotel pool decks in Cyprus, and for exposed villa gardens.
