What your warranty covers
Manufacturer warranty
Every piece carries its manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic or commercial use. Warranty length varies by brand and product — we confirm the exact terms for your items on request.
How to make a claim
If something isn't right, contact us with your order details and a few photos. We'll assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement part or replacement in line with the manufacturer's terms.
Care guide
Caring for your outdoor furniture
A little routine care goes a long way in the Cyprus sun and salt air. General guidance by material below — always follow any specific instructions supplied with your product.
Teak & timber
Rinse with mild soapy water and a soft brush. Teak naturally silvers over time; use a teak cleaner and protector if you prefer to keep the original tone. Avoid pressure washing.
Aluminium & steel
Wipe powder-coated frames with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then rinse. Avoid abrasive pads that can scratch the coating, and dry salt spray off frames near the coast.
All-weather rope & wicker
Brush off dust and wash with soapy water and a soft brush. Synthetic rope and rattan are UV-stable and made for the outdoors, but rinsing off salt and dust keeps colours fresh.
Cushions & fabrics
Store cushions dry and out of prolonged rain. Spot-clean with mild soapy water, air-dry fully before storing, and use covers or bring cushions indoors over winter to extend their life.
