Garden partitions and privacy screens

Freestanding partition panels that zone a terrace, screen a pool deck from the neighbours or split a restaurant patio into sections, without drilling or building a partition wall. They stand on their own, so they move with the season or the seating plan.

Nardi Sipario in two heights

• Nardi Sipario 2: 70.5 cm wide, 35 cm deep, 141 cm high, 14.6 kg. At this height it screens seated guests and leaves the view open above.
• Nardi Sipario 3: the same footprint at 211 cm high and 19.1 kg, tall enough to act as a privacy fence for a standing person.

Both are made of matte recyclable resin with an asymmetric wide grid, in terra, gesso, basalto and cactus. Several panels can be lined up or set at an angle to suit the space.

Where each screen works

• Balcony: one Sipario 2 hides a table from the next balcony without darkening the room behind.
• Villa garden: a row of Sipario 3 panels stands in for garden fence panels where posts cannot be fixed.
• Cafe or hotel: panels separate tables, waiter stations or private corners and move for events.

Sun, wind and salt

Resin does not rust or rot and wipes clean with a damp cloth, which suits coastal terraces. The open grid lets wind pass; on very exposed rooftops set the panels against a wall or a planter.
